InsanelyMac user sorg has successfully modified the chain0 method of booting OS X from a Windows based bootloader. His new code fits in the MBR with the intentions of making the OS X partition active, passing control to Darwin and then allowing Darwin to pass control to Vista or boot OS X. This is a very convenient solution as previously there was no 'smooth' way to boot up a Vista & OS X system. Details on his project are in this thread. Remember this is dangerous messing with MBR and is designed for advanced users! Let's hope he develops this project properly over at Hackint0sh forums.
