Semthex reports that a kernel has been quietly released via Live Update to Macs running OS X 10.4.8. The new kernel is labeled 8.8.3. Perhaps this is a hint at what 10.4.9 may contain? Either way it appears that no source has been released for this as of yet but stay tuned for updates about this.
