JaS DVD Woes

Many people have been having trouble with the latest 10.4.8 JaS DVD release with problems such as graphics and network drivers topping the list of bugs. Many of these have been fixed in a PPF released by JaS approximating 600MB that will fix most of these issues (see the IRC channel for details). Anyone that is still having problems with installation/booting can try a patch released by the_defiant on the forums here. This basically patches a DVD that has been patched with the JaS.10.4.8.AMD.Intel.SSe2.SSe3.v1p.ppf patch and replaces the Disk Utility which is having problems with a 10.4.7 version on the DVD, it will still install the latest version but hopefully this will at least allow users to install now. Another problem with the patched DVD is the GMA900 drivers producing garbled graphics, ufulu details his fix here. Good work to all those producing fixes!
